Island Beach Lodge and Malibu Lodge (also available to rent next door) are premium quality executive-style properties on South Australia's Kangaroo Island. Situated approximately 15km south of the ferry's dock down in Penneshaw, this northern aspect beach is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious sections of coastline that Kangaroo Island has to offer.

ISLAND BEACH LODGE RATES
1st April 2009 – 31st March 2010
A$ 500.00 per night (minimum 2 nights) or A$ 3500.00 per week for 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
A$ 950.00 per night. (minimum 2 nights) 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (4 x ensuites).
LINEN IS INCLUDED - Linen includes towels, face washers, sheets and pillowcases, quilts and
blankets.

Please indicate on your enquiry whether you require 4 bedrooms or 7 bedrooms.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS AN ABSOLUTE NO PET POLICY.
Minimum stay is 2 nights. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking, with the
balance payable 60 days prior to entry date. A bond of $1500 is payable with the balance but
is returned upon vacating provided booked numbers of people are not exceeded and there is
no property damage. Payment options are: Cheques, Visa or MasterCard, or Electronic Funds
Transfer
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to entry date will incur no charge. Cancellations less
than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to entry date will be charged at 50% of the total
deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to entry date will be charged at 100% of the
total deposit. If the Lodge is rebooked for the cancelled period, the forfeited deposit will be
returned less the cost of re-advertising.

These terms supercede any conflicting Club KI terms & conditions.
