Sorrento's is fortunate to have Internationally renowned chef and authority on Australian Cuisine Andrew Fielke to be their consultant chef. Andrew is a talented, award winning Adelaide chef with 34 years international experience including Switzerland, Austria, and London's Savoy Hotel. Andrew resides in Adelaide with his family and is currently working on new retail products and his long awaited cookbook.

Rounding out the Sorrento's experience is the one-of-a-kind service brought to you by our Maitre D', Richard Purvis and his unique charm. Offering a full selection of award winning wines from Kangaroo Island, as well as small parcels of cellar stock from the mainland Australia, Richard will guide you to the perfect choice for your meal or discerning palate.
